HOTEL GUIDE

Dear customers,

 

Welcome to Hotel Costis - Hotel Costis. We are very happy that you chose our hotel for your stay. We would like to give you the following information to help you have a nice stay. The hotel staff is ready to serve you at any time. We wish you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The main hotel consists of 27 rooms. On the ground floor is the reception, the breakfast area and the main Bar. On the mezzanine floor are the entertainment area and the business center.
 

ARRIVAL

Arrival time in the room is set at 15.00 pm. Arrival is expected earlier only upon availability and with the necessary communication with the Reception.

DEPARTURE

Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you would like to leave later, please contact Reception one day in advance.

AWAKENING SERVICE

DOCTOR

HOTEL MANAGER

The Hotel Manager is at your disposal for any problems that may arise during your stay
 

ELECTRICAL DEVICES

  • There is a central light switch next to the entrance and next to the nightstand of each room, free 220 V sockets and a socket next to the bathroom mirror for use with a shaver

  • All rooms are equipped with a mini maintenance fridge.

  • There is a hairdryer available for personal use in the bathroom of the room

 

SAFE

  • The hotel also has a central safe at the Reception to meet the needs of its customers free of charge.

  • The hotel does not bear any responsibility for loss of money & valuables through your room.

 

KEY

  • Upon arrival you will receive the room key from the Reception.

  • Insert the key fob into the socket as you enter the room to turn on the electricity and air conditioning.

  • When leaving the room, please leave the key in the slot.

  •   Do not forget to return the key card to the Reception upon your departure.

 

AIR CONDITIONING

  • The rooms have air condition.

  • In summer the ideal temperature is 24 ° C while for winter we recommend 21 ° C

  • Also for the operation of the air conditioning it is necessary to place the room card in the special receptacle at the entrance of the room

 

PILLOWS

  • The room beds are equipped with regular pillows. Our customers have the option to choose between two categories of pillows upon reservation. The second category is hypoallergenic.  

 

LUGGAGE TRANSPORT

  • We can serve you to carry your luggage on arrival or departure. Please contact the reception. The cost of the service is € 0.50 per piece of luggage.

  • There is space available for storing your luggage when needed on arrival or departure. The service is available free of charge  

 

DO NOT BOTHER / PREPARE THE ROOM
If you do not want any inconvenience you can place the special card that you will find hanging inside the door of your room, on the outside of it. if you wish to have your room prepared, hang your card on the opposite side, always at the front door

For an extra baby cot in the room, contact the reception during your booking process

 

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint or problem in our hotel services that can not be resolved directly from the reception, you can either use the complaint box at the reception or fill out the online form on the hotel website to let us know about your problem. To pay off your account, we accept the following credit and debit cards. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO

 

WASHING MACHINE - CLEANING - IRONING CLOTHES

The hotel in collaboration with an external partner can arrange for you to wash and iron your clothes. In each room there is a price list of clothes to be cleaned & a special plastic bag for placing them to be sent to the laundry. Also the washing machine price list of your room, please fill it in carefully. On the plastic bag please write your room number and sign it. Finally, with him, hand over your plastic bag to the maid of your room or to the reception until 09:00 in the morning.

 

BREAKFAST

  • Breakfast is served on the ground floor of the hotel and is open from 6.00 until 10.30 in the morning

  • There is the possibility of serving breakfast in the room with an extra charge of € 1.00 per person.

  • If you wish you can take breakfast with you in a Lunch packet. Contact Reception one day in advance by 19:00

 

PARKING FREE OF CHARGE

  • There is free parking, no reservations can be made.

  • Tour buses can be parked temporarily just outside the hotel

  • Please lock your car and do not leave any valuables in it. The hotel does not bear any responsibility in case of theft, while it is parked in the parking lot of the hotel.

A telephone is available in every room of the hotel connected to the central telephone exchange and calls are charged directly to your account based on the cost of each provider.

  • To call an outside line, select the number 0 and then the number you want to call

TVs available at least 28 ”in all hotel rooms.
 

ROOM CLEANING DEPARTMENT

  • Our staff is at your disposal to serve you with extra pillows, blankets, clothes hangers.

  • The hotel's common areas are cleaned daily.

  • Guest rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. In case you want to clean the room  contact your cleaner or receptionist.

  • Bed linen in the guest rooms is replaced every 2 days and the bathroom linen is replaced daily.

  • In case of need for immediate replacement of the bathroom clothing, please contact the reception.

Change of towels on request  

But think about how many tons of towels are washed daily unnecessarily and how much detergent is consumed, which pollutes the water and the environment in general. As part of our environmental policy, we leave you to decide on the following:

  • Towels on the bathroom floor, means "change"

  • Towels hung, means they will be "reused"

Daily newspapers and magazines are available on the ground floor in the café bar.

 

RECEPTION

The hotel reception is located on the ground floor of the building. It can serve you 24 hours a day.

 

ENTERTAINMENT - READING

  • Available space with board games, billiards, in a landscaped room on the mezzanine floor of the building.

  • Reading room & lending library on the mezzanine floor of the building in the business center hall. Available books by Greek and foreign authors

 

AMENITIES - OTHER SERVICES

In each room there are individual packages of shampoo and shower gel, hair cream, body lotion, soap, toilet and sewing set, mail envelope and stationery, shoe polish and bone, nail care set, toilet bags and toilet paper and toilet paper.

 

BUSINESS CENTER

For business meetings there is space available on the mezzanine floor of the building, staffed with a computer with internet connection and the possibility of printing, photocopying and scanning.
